This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards for all listings, website destinations, and user behaviors on BidOut.me. We enforce these rules strictly to ensure a secure, trustworthy directory for all visitors and legitimate creators.
2. Prohibited Content & Website Types
The following categories of websites and services are strictly prohibited on BidOut.me:
Malware, Phishing & Deceptive SitesWebsites distributing malicious software, ransomware, keyloggers, fake login screens, credential harvesters, or deceptive scams.
Illegal Goods, Services & SubstancesWebsites selling illicit drugs, weapons, forged documents, counterfeit items, unauthorized credit card dumps, or facilitating illegal activities.
Non-Consensual or Extreme Adult ContentSexually explicit material, non-consensual imagery, exploitative content, or age-unverified adult platforms.
Hate Speech, Harassment & ViolencePlatforms promoting violence, terrorism, doxxing, harassment, or hatred against protected groups.
3. Technical Security Safeguards
- Unsafe URI Schemes: Protocol wrappers such as
javascript:,data:,vbscript:,file:, andblob:are blocked at submission. - SSRF Defense: Submissions pointing to loopback addresses, internal subnets (
127.0.0.1,localhost,10.x.x.x,192.168.x.x), or cloud metadata endpoints (169.254.169.254) are rejected immediately. - Executable Files: Direct links to downloadable binaries (
.exe,.bat,.scr,.apk) are prohibited.
4. Enforcement & Listing Removal
Listings found in violation of this policy will be suspended or permanently deleted immediately. Violators forfeit active bid fees and are not eligible for refunds. Severe or repeat violations will result in domain-level blacklisting and permanent account ban.
5. Reporting Violations
If you discover a listing on BidOut.me that violates these standards, please notify us immediately with the listing title and URL.
