Terms of Service

Last modified: August 26, 2026

1. Platform Overview & Pay to Rank Mechanics

BidOut.me operates as a real-time, transparent pay to rank web directory. By creating an account, submitting a listing, or placing a bid, you agree to these Terms of Service. Listings rank strictly according to active bid amounts in descending order (currentBid DESC).

2. Bidding & Listing Submission Rules

  • Minimum Initial Bid: Submitting a new listing requires a minimum active bid of $1.00 USD (100 integer cents).
  • BidOut Increments: To claim rank #N currently occupied by another active listing, your bid must be at least $1.00 higher than the occupant's current bid.
  • No Equal Bids: Two active listings cannot share an identical bid amount. If an equal bid is submitted, the system will prompt for a unique amount.
  • No Permanent Guarantees: Placing a bid provides rank visibility only until a higher bid is verified. We do not guarantee fixed-duration rank retention or minimum traffic volume.

3. Authoritative Payment Settlement

All payments are processed securely through certified payment providers. A bid or ranking change is only finalized and activated once cryptographic webhook confirmation is received by our servers. Client-side confirmations are not accepted as proof of payment.

4. Prohibited Content & Immediate Removal

You may not submit websites containing malware, phishing, fraudulent offers, illegal narcotics, violence, hate speech, or non-compliant adult material. Links containing unsafe URI protocols (javascript:, data:) or targeting private/internal network addresses are blocked automatically. Violating listings will be removed without refund.

5. Account Suspension & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, ban repeat offenders, and reject transactions associated with automated bot bidding, payment fraud, click spamming, or harassment.

6. Limitation of Liability

BidOut.me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for outbound third-party websites, traffic fluctuations, or intermittent network disruptions.
