Platform Bidding Rules
The core ranking principles and guidelines governing the BidOut.me live pay-to-rank directory.
All new website submissions must place a minimum initial bid of $1.00 USD (100 integer cents).
Leaderboard ranking is strictly determined by the highest active bid. Higher active bid amounts always rank above lower bids.
To displace an active competitor at rank #N, your bid must be at least $1.00 higher than the current bid occupying that position.
Multiple listings can hold identical bid amounts. When bids are equal, rankings are resolved chronologically—the earlier submission maintains the higher position, and newer submissions place directly beneath.
Bids and ranking changes activate immediately after verified settlement through our secure payment gateway.
Websites must provide standard HTTP/HTTPS destinations. Unsafe protocols, phishing, malware, or illicit content are blocked immediately.
Automated bots, click flooding, and payment spam are mitigated through strict rate limit windows and security controls.
All rank movements, new bids, and bidout events broadcast instantly to all connected visitors without requiring manual page reloads.
